Allan McDonald, Independent Chairman
Allan is the Independent Chairman of Brookfield Capital Management Limited and Brookfield Funds Management Limited. Allan has other public directorships with Astro Japan Property Management Limited (responsible entity of Japan Property Trust) and Billabong International Limited.
Brian Motteram, Independent Director
Brian is the Independent Director of Brookfield Capital Management Limited and has in excess of 30 years’ experience working in the area of finance and accounting. He has worked with international accounting firms, in his own private practice, and during the last 18 years in private enterprise in both the mining and property industries. He spent eight years, from 1996 to 2004, as an executive of a private Perth-based property group in positions of Chief Financial Officer and later, Finance Director.
Barbara Ward, Independent Director
Barbara is an Independent Director of Brookfield Capital Management Limited and Brookfield Funds Management Limited. Barbara has gained extensive business and finance experience through her role as Chief Executive Office of Ansett Worldwide Aviation Services, as General Manager for the TNT Group and as a Senior Ministerial Adviser. Barbara is Chairperson of Country Energy and a Director of Qantas.
Shane Ross, Executive Director
Shane joined Brookfield Multiplex in 2003. As Group General Manager of Treasury, Shane is responsible for the liquidity and cashflow requirements of the business. Shane comes from a banking background and has 16 years experience in the property industry.
Russell Proutt, Executive Director
Russell is an Executive Director of Brookfield Capital Management Limited. Russell is the Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Australia. Russell joined Brookfield Asset management, the parent company, in 2006 and has held various senior management positions within Brookfield, including managing the Bridge Lending Fund, mergers and acquisitions involving subsidiaries as well as transactions involving Brookfield's restructuring fund, Tricap Partners.
