Commission may be paid by us to financial advisers and stockbrokers whose clients invest in our funds. Typically, we pay a standard 4% upfront commission to advisors, with the advisers having the option to restructure the payment as a trailing commission.
Financial advisers and stockbrokers must disclose to potential investors the amount of any commission they will receive as a result of an investment into one of our funds. We will pay commission only to persons who hold an Australian Financial Services licence or are otherwise permitted by law to receive such payments.
