Multiplex European Property Fund (now de-listed)

Multiplex European Property Fund (Fund) is a property trust that was listed on the ASX (ASX code: MUE) until 17 September 2015. A meeting of unitholders was convened on 27 July 2015 and unitholders approved the sale of the 61 properties owned by one of the Fund's wholly owned German partnerships and to wind up the Fund.

Settlement of the sale of the Fund's 61 properties completed on 12 September 2015. The Fund is currently in wind up. Further information in relation to the wind up of the Fund can be found in the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum dated 1 July 2015.


The Fund was delisted on 17 September 2015 and this has resulted in the closing of the CHESS (or Broker Sponsored) Subregister. 

At the end of September 2015 investors who were previously CHESS or Broker Sponsored will now be issued with Issuer Sponsored Holding statements. The statements were mailed out on 1 October 2015. 

There has been no change to the number of units held by investors in the Fund.
