Multiplex Tasman Property Fund (Tasman Trust) is available to New Zealand investors only.
The Tasman Trust has used the funds raised to acquire units in the Multiplex New Zealand Property Fund, which holds a diversified portfolio of New Zealand properties, spread across the retail, industrial and office and car park sectors. The portfolio is also geographically spread throughout New Zealand's North and South Islands.
