Executive Profiles
Jon McCormick, Managing Director
Jon is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and licensed real estate agent and has been with the company since its inception in 1998. He was appointed Managing Director in 2000 and has successfully grown the business to a 450-strong team servicing an external client base of national and international contracts. Jon has over 20 years experience in real estate, facilities, construction and project management.
David Elton, Director Commercial
David is a Chartered Accountant and licensed Real Estate Agent and has been a part of the Brookfield Multiplex Services team since 2001. He has held various positions within the business including acquisitions, transaction structuring, and fixed price contracting both in Australia and the UK. His responsibilities include driving strategy and planning as well being responsible for business support, including commercial, legal, risk business systems and company secretarial functions. David is also a Director of the company’s specialist real estate firm, Morton & Morton.
Richard Gee, Director Commercial Property
Richard is a RICS Chartered Property Professional who joined Brookfield Multiplex Services in 2003. He has more than 15 years experience in the Real Estate and Facilities Management industry, specialising in commercial property. Richard has extensive experience in property management, property advisory, investment valuation and management consulting. He is responsible for the company’s commercial property business unit that encompasses corporate real estate and investment management services nationally.
Derek Jacobs, Director Infrastructure
Derek is a RICS Chartered Surveyor and joined Brookfield Multiplex Services in 2003. He has experience in civil engineering and project management, both in the UK and Australia. Derek was previously General Manager of the company’s highly successful Defence business. He is currently Director Infrastructure and responsible for the company’s infrastructure service stream nationally which encompasses the company’s Defence, Public Private Partnerships (PPP) and other infrastructure contracts.
Monique Holmes, Chief Financial Officer
Monique is a Chartered Accountant and joined Brookfield Multiplex Services in 2003. She has more than 15 years’ experience in financial management both in Australia and the United Kingdom with specific expertise in the property services industry. As Brookfield Multiplex Services’ General Manager Finance, Monique is responsible for the financial performance and compliance of the company. She also oversees the corporate finance and MIS teams in both Sydney and Melbourne.
